In 2012 we invested in infrastructure, including roads required to access the wells, on site storage for the crude oil, pipelines to transport the crude oil within the oil field and office building for our staff and engineers. For 2012 our main focus was on testing the progressive cavity pumps (PCP’s) and stabilizing the oil field rather than increasing production.
In 2013, Transoilgroup, continued the testing of the PCP’s, stabilization of the oil field and building of infrastructure. Our production increased from 3 MT at the take-over date to over 60 MT per day in December 2013.
In 2015 we will focus on increasing the oil production in the field by drilling new wells and activating existing wells, as well as reducing costs and improve the infrastructure necessary to support export sales.
