Transoil trades in crude oil and further petrochemical products. The turnover will reach 2010 the 900 mio. $ line and so Transoil is becoming one of the well established, diversified and reliable Oilproducers of  Europe/Russia.

Transoilgroup trades in crude oil and petroleum, and has established itself in the European and international markets as a solid and good performing company. Long-term supply contracts with large wholesale customers are already established and are the basis for the strategic business which further strengthen the company and will be the basis for further expansion. The delivery periods are usually 3 years and a maximum of 10 years, at least negotiate a solid and reliable calculation base and financial structure guaranteed. In later on  in 2010 Transoil will also begin to export liquefied natural gas also have been present the first preliminary agreements with established companies. Through the own terminal and the  loading capacity connected to it, we have already possibilities for delivery up to 100,000 MT per month per tank train (CPT) to Europe at very competitive conditions. Furthermore DAF delivery can be run (supply line Belarus-EU) at any time. This capacities are being expanded continuously. At a separate terminal at Azov sea we provide FOB and CIF delivery (direct loading). Transoil provides with its facilities direct access via the Black Sea and therefore direct access to European ports.

The main types of delivery may vary according to product specification and destination. The delivery types are offered as follows:

•     Delivery FOB  (Spot Rotterdam and Russian Ports)
•     CPT (Tank train-Europe)
•     CIF ARA (and Europe-South)
•     DAF (Border Belarus/Poland with Tank train)
